January 2025. This mk1 golf clipper started life as a 1.6 and a few years back was converted to a 1.8 20v turbo.
Unfortunately it was never completed and was left as a non-runner for a few years.
We found quite a few issues why it wasn’t running, these were mostly due to poor wiring. Hopefully it will be up and running in no time.
January 2025. One of today’s jobs was a 2009 Jaguar XK. The vehicle was displaying a pedestrian system failure fault.
After many hours looking for broken wires we eventually chased the faults back to the pedestrian system module .
We removed the module and opened it up to find water had got inside. A circuit that was found to have had voltage or ground was traced back to a corroded solder joint.
November 2024. This Golf 2.0 GTD came to us with various different faults. These included issues with an EGR valve, crank sensor, coolant pump, oil pressure, handbrake and parking sensor faults.
We spent many hours investigating and eventually found a damaged wiring harness and damaged plug. All were repaired and the car drives really well now.
October 2024. We did a full timing chain on this Audi S3. This is a common issue with these engines.
All the correct parts were fitted to sort the issue and make sure the car was 100% .
